Day 01: Arrival in Mumbai
On arrival at the Mumbai international airport, you will be met by our representative and transferred to your hotel.

Popularly known as the "city of dreams", Mumbai is a place where tradition meets modernity in a manner that simply amazes the senses.

This bustling metropolis is also the commercial hub of India and attracts visitors from all over.

Day 02: Mumbai
Set out on a Mumbai sightseeing tour after breakfast. Pay a visit to the famous Elephanta Caves that are located on an island, around 10 km from the Gateway of India. Home to temples carved from rocks, the Elephanta Caves is a UNESCO listed "World Heritage Site". Moreover, some of its temples also date back to as far as the 7th century.

Later, visit the Prince of Wales Museum and then the famous Hanging Gardens, also known as the Ferozeshah Mehta Garden.

Mumbai's Dhobighat (open air laundry) is another attraction included in your sightseeing tour. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 03: Mumbai - Bhavnagar (By Flight)
On day 3 of the Central India with Gujarat tour, transfer to the domestic airport after breakfast and board a flight to Bhavnagar.

Our representative will meet you on arrival and facilitate your transfer to the hotel you are booked in. Rest awhile before setting out on an sightseeing tour of Bhavnagar.

Home to many delightful lakes and temples, Bhavnagar is a city located in the peninsular region of Gujarat that is known as Kathiawad or Saurashtra. It was founded by Bhavsinghji Gohil in 1743 AD and was once a very flourishing port town.

Enjoy an overnight stay in Bhavnagar.

Day 04: Bhavnagar
Wake up for an early morning (0430 hrs) excursion to Palitana.

Revered as one of the most sacred Jain pilgrimage centers, Palitana is home to many temples. Most notable among them is the temple dedicated to Shri Adishwara, the First Jain Apostle. Stay overnight in Bhavnagar.

Day 05: Bhavnagar - Ahmedabad - Bhopal
Drive to the city of Ahmedabad after breakfast. On arrival, enjoy a sumptuous lunch before enjoying a sightseeing tour around the city.

Sightseeing tour will include a visit to the famous Calico Museum.

Ahmedabad is also famous for its mosques.

They include the Jama Masjid, Rani Rupmati's Mosque and Sidi Bashir's Mosque. Ahmedabad is also home to the Narayan Temple that is enclosed in a huge courtyard.

Later, you will transfer to the Ahmedabad Railway station to board an overnight train to Bhopal.

Day 06: Arrival Bhopal
On arrival at the Bhopal railway station, you will be met by our representative and transferred to your hotel. Later, engage in a sightseeing tour around the city.

Visit Bhopal Bharat Bhawan, a treasure house of information on Indian arts and music (both classical and folk). The Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Manav Sangrahalaya or the National Museum of Mankind the next stop followed by the Taj-ul-Masjid. Also visit the Laxminarayan Temple (Birla Mandir). Built on the Arera Hills, this temple has a museum in the complex.

Day 07: Bhopal
As part of the Central India with Gujarat tour, enjoy a day excursion to Sanchi.

Located around 46 km from Bhopal, Sanchi is one of the most important Buddhist sites in the world. Among its most famous attractions are its stupas and the Archaeological museum that is indeed a treasure house of information. The Great Stupa at Sanchi that was commissioned by Emperor Ashoka is indeed a must visit attraction.

At the end of the excursion, return to Bhopal for an overnight stay.

Day 08: Bhopal - Ujjain - Mandu
Drive to Mandu after breakfast visiting Ujjain enroute.

The ancient city of Ujjain is located in the Malwa region of Madhya Pradesh. One of the most sacred places for Hindus, Ujjain is home to many ancient temples. Some of its most famous temples are Bade Ganeshji Ka Mandir, Kal Bhairava, Harsiddhi Temple, Navagraha Mandir, Vikram Kirti Mandir and Chintamani Ganesh.

On arrival in Mandu, check into the hotel you are booked in and stay overnight.

Day 09: Mandu
Proceed for a sightseeing tour of Mandu after breakfast.

Once the fort capital of the Parmar rulers of Malwa, Mandu boasts of many delightful architectural attractions like Jahaz Mahal, Hoshang Shah's Tomb, Baz Bahadur's Palace and Roopmati's Pavilion etc.

Stay overnight in Mandu.

Day 10: Mandu - Maheswar - Omkareshwar - Indore
On day 10, drive to the city of Indore after breakfast. Also visit the holy towns of Maheshwar and Omkareshwar enroute.

Regarded as one of the holiest Hindu pilgrimage sites, Omkareshwar is a temple dotted island at the Narmada-Kaveri junction. Omkar Mandhata Temple is one of the 12 important Shiva shrines in India.

Earlier known as Mahishmati, Maheshwar is a historical town located on the banks of the Narmada. This site also finds mention in the great epics like the Ramayana and the Mahabharata.

On arrival, check-in at your hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 11: Indore - Bhopal - Bhopal - Gwalior
On day 11 of the Central India with Gujarat tour, drive to the Bhopal railway station and board the Shatabdi Express to Gwalior.

Gwalior is located in the Gird Region of North India and is known for its rich history and royal grandeur. A bustling city today, Gwalior boasts of many interesting attractions to amaze tourists from all over.

On arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel. Stay overnight in Gwalior.

Day 12: Gwalior - Agra
Enjoy a sightseeing tour around Gwalior after breakfast.

Sightseeing tour includes a visit to the famed Gwalior Fort that was built by Raja Man Singh Tomar. It also has the distinction of being the one of the grandest forts in India. The next stop is the Scindia Museum that was once the royal palace of the Scindia rulers. It has some very interesting items on display and offers a fine idea about the past grandeur of Gwalior.

Drive to Agra in the afternoon and check in at your hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 13: Agra - Delhi
Set out on a sightseeing tour of Agra after breakfast.

Visit the enchanting Taj Mahal, one of the most beautiful monuments ever beheld by man. Built by Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his wife Mumtaz Mahal, the Taj is by far one of the most visited tourist attractions in India. The next stop is the Agra Fort that was built by Mughal Emperor Akbar in 1565 AD. The fort houses some very interesting structures and palaces that dazzle the eyes.

Drive to Delhi in the afternoon. Enjoy a sumptuous dinner on arrival and later transfer to the international airport to board your flight back home.
