Day 1 : Chennai (Madras)
Met on arrival at Chennai. Transfer to hotel. Freshen up and relax.
Day 2 : Chennai
After breakfast we take you for a tour of Chennai city.
Visit the Parthsarthy Temple, Kapaleeshwar Temple, Fort St. George, Marina Beach, Santhome Cathedral and National Art Gallery. Overnight at the hotel in Chennai.
Day 3 : Chennai - Kanchipuram - Mahabalipuram
Enjoy breakfast in the hotel, followed by a drive to Mahabalipuram via Kanchipuram. Both are renowned temple towns. Stay overnight at hotel.

Day 4 : Mahabalipuram
After breakfast at the hotel in Mahabalipuram, spend the entire day visiting the tourist attractions in Mahabalipuram including the Varaha Cave, Arjuna's Penance, Mahishamardini Cave, Shore Temple and Sculpture Museum. Spend the night at the hotel.

Day 5 : Mahabalipuram - Chidambaram
Post-breakfast at hotel, drive to Chidambaram. On arrival at Chidambaram, transfer to the hotel.
Day 6 : Chidambaram - Tanjore
Breakfast will be followed by a half-day city tour, and then a drive to Tanjore. Visit the Nataraja Temple and the Kali Temple in Tanjore.
Day 7 : Tanjore - Trichy
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for a half-day tour of Tanjore city.
This is followed by a drive to Trichy. On arrival at Trichy, transfer to the hotel. |
During the half-day tour of Trichy visit Sri Jambukeswara Temple, Rock Fort Temple, Rangathaswamy Temple and Viralimalai Sanctuary.
Day 8 : Trichy - Madurai
Enjoy a hearty breakfast, after which we take you for a half-day city tour followed by drive to Madurai. On arrival at Madurai, transfer to the hotel. The half-day tour of Madurai would include visit to the Meenakshi Temple and the Vandiyur Mariamman Teppakulam Temple.
Day 9 : Madurai - Periyar
Have breakfast at the hotel. We shall then depart for a temple tour to Madurai which would include exploring the Meenakshi temple elaborately. This will be followed by a drive to Periyar. Overnight at hotel.
Day 10 : Periyar – Kottayam - Alleppey (by backwaters)
We depart for Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary post-breakfast. After this we will drive to Kottayam for a boat ride to Alleppey. Spend the night at the hotel.
Day 11 : Alleppey - Kovalam
After breakfast at the hotel, we will take you for a half-day city tour. We then depart for Kovalam. Overnight at the hotel in Kovalam. |

Day 12 : Kovalam
Post-breakfast we will take you for a full-day sightseeing, including the exotic beaches. Spend the night at hotel.
Day 13 : Kovalam -Trivandrum
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. We shall depart for Trivandrum in the afternoon. On arrival at Trivandrum, transfer to the hotel.
Day 14 : Trivandrum
We will take you for a full-day tour of Trivandrum city after breakfast. Visit the Padmabha Swamy Temple, Kuthiramalika Palace Museum and the Napier Museum. Return to hotel, get refreshed and then check out. Transfer to the airport for your onward flight.
